Minty Media is an ambitious all-round web agency specialized in developing customized websites and webshops on the open-source platform WordPress. Customers can come to us for design, building, optimization, management and maintenance.
We also build API links that provide a lot of convenience for our customers' businesses. Think of a Bol.com link, various checkout links, tracking systems and many other links. We also help clients increase their online visibility through advice in online marketing and advertising.
Through our own hosting platform, under the name Minty Hosting, we provide our customers with safe and fast hosting. For domain names, shared hosting packages or your own server, Minty Hosting is the place to be.

Work
As a Medior PHP Developer, you play an important role in developing and optimizing online applications and APIs for our customers. You have an independent, responsible position in which you think along with the projects and use your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. Your tasks include:
- Developing and maintaining web applications, APIs and websites;
- Creating custom plug-ins and features;
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges;
- Managing and optimizing database structures (MySQL);
- Make active contributions to code reviews and ensuring code quality;
- Version control and push new developments to production via GitHub;
- Advise on technical improvements and optimizations for existing projects.

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in PHP development;
- Has knowledge of WordPress and is familiar with frameworks such as Laravel;
- Experience with MySQL, JavaScript and PHP;
- Driven by technology;
- Knows how to work and has a very high sense of responsibility;
- Works independently and accurately and is accustomed to dealing with deadlines;
- Problem-solving thinking and quick switching between different projects;
- A good command of both the Dutch and English languages;
- You have communication skills;
- Resides in the Haarlem region or surrounding area.
