Design and website

Wagenhof is a well-known real estate broker in Haarlem and surrounding areas in the areas of corporate brokerage, property management, appraisals and investments. They had four separate websites for these services. Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars asked Minty Media to design and develop an entire project. We chose to develop a custom design and an entirely new website. Within this new website you'll find the 4 most important services of Wagenhof: business brokerage, valuations, real estate management and investments. Within these services we used the same house style and font, but different colors to create a distinction between the services.

Realworks link all in the Wagenhof style

In the past, Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars had been struggling with double entry of content on different platforms. This cost Wagenhof a lot of time and is very error prone due to manual input of information on multiple channels. To completely solve this problem we have chosen to implement the Realworks link that synchronizes properties between your website and Funda Business. This allows Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars to enter all available information on Realworks, after which the link automatically transfers this to the correct design on the new website of Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars. For Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars, this saves a lot of extra tasks and valuable time.

Hosting and speed website

A website with lots of visitors and traffic naturally requires a user-friendly and fast-working website. For Wagenhof Bedrijfsmakelaars we therefore chose to develop an intermediate system. This intermediate system stores and monitors the website's property data so that the website functions at lightning speed. To make the speed of the website complete, we put the website on our own Minty Hosting server for a stable, secure and future proof website that can be easily developed.

Critical Vulnerabilities in PHP

At Minty Media & Minty Hosting, we take the security of websites and online stores very seriously. In response to the recently disclosed critical security vulnerabilities in PHP, we have immediately taken steps to protect our customers’ websites and online stores as effectively as possible.

What's going on?
Two critical security vulnerabilities in PHP have been disclosed (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). PHP is a widely used programming language on which WordPress and WooCommerce, among others, run. The vulnerabilities have a severity score of 9.2 on a scale of 10, posing a significant security risk. Attackers could potentially exploit these vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to servers, upload malicious files, or execute their own code. According to initial reports, multiple PHP versions are vulnerable, and the first attempts at exploitation have already been observed.

What measures have we taken?
Immediately after these vulnerabilities were disclosed, we began implementing additional security measures within our hosting environment…
