Comprehensive dashboard
Minty Media created a user-friendly dashboard that allows hotels to easily report skipped room cleanings and update relevant data within their own account through Hotels for Trees Foundation.
Registration form and account
Minty Media developed a comprehensive registration form that allows hotels to join the Hotels for Trees Foundation and create accounts for streamlined data entry. With multiple branches per hotel, we designed the account to allow you to switch accounts for each branch.
Dynamic Graphs
Our team implemented dynamic graphs to display important statistics, such as the number of participating hotels, how many trees were planted at the start, how many trees were planted per month and how many trees were planted from the start.
Search functionality
Minty Media was allowed to develop a search function that allows visitors to find specific hotels within the website and view their participation and tree planting statistics.
Link with Mailgun
Minty Media has developed a link with Mailgun to automate e-mail reminders, sending reminders to hotels to fill in the non-cleaned-rooms so that Hotels for Trees Foundation knows how many trees to plant.
Link to Mews
Minty Media has developed a link to Mews that automatically retrieves and displays non-cleaned rooms in hotel accounts on the Hotels for Trees Foundation website. As a result, hotels do not have to log in to Mews separately, but find all the necessary data in one central location.
Linking with Smiirl
The link with Smiirl, allows hotels to track in real-time how many trees are currently being planted for their location. With the use of a "counter," hotels automatically and accurately receive accurate data, directly from their location.
