At Minty Media, we are looking for a Project Manager / Operations Coordinator who will truly drive our digital projects and customer communications. You will ensure clarity, clear agreements, and tight planning, so that projects run predictably and customers know where they stand. This is an independent role with a lot of responsibility and decision-making power within the daily operations of our agency.

We are Minty Media, an all-round web agency in Haarlem. No project is too crazy for us!
Minty Media is an ambitious all-round web agency specialized in developing customized websites and webshops on the open-source platform WordPress. Clients can come to us for design, building, optimization, management and maintenance. We also build API connections that provide a lot of convenience for our clients' businesses. Think of a Bol.com link, various checkout links, tracking systems and many other links. We also help clients increase their online visibility through advice in online marketing and advertising.
Through our own hosting platform, under the name Minty Hosting, we provide our customers with safe and fast hosting. For domain names, shared hosting packages or your own server, Minty Hosting is the right address.

- Work
In this role, you will be the central point of contact between customers, developers, designers, and internal planning. You will monitor progress, keep the scope sharp, and ensure that projects run smoothly from start to delivery. In addition, you will independently resolve most of the daily operational issues and continuously structure processes and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring project planning and deadlines
- Coordinating WordPress and development activities
- Maintaining an overview of team capacity and workload
- Preparing quotations (together with administration)
- Monitoring scope and managing changes
- Be the first point of contact for customers with operational questions
- Preparing and leading project calls
- Summarizing agreements and monitoring expectations
- Daily internal coordination with the team
- Weekly consultation with the owner
- Setting priorities and identifying issues in a timely manner
- Analyze structural bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Standardize processes wherever possible
- Identify and prepare commercial opportunities for the owner

We are looking for an experienced project manager who is accustomed to working in an office environment and thrives on taking responsibility. You have strong communication skills, are not afraid to set boundaries with clients, and know how to bring calm and structure to a dynamic work environment. You understand technical projects well enough to manage them without having to be a developer yourself.

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager within an agency.
- Strong in customer communication and expectation management
