Our story
We are Minty Media, an all-round web agency in Haarlem. No project is too crazy for us!
Minty Media is an ambitious all-round web agency specialized in developing customized websites and webshops on the open-source platform WordPress. Customers can come to us for design, building, optimization, management and maintenance.
We also build API links that provide a lot of convenience for our customers' businesses. Think of a Bol.com link, various checkout links, tracking systems and many other links. We also help clients increase their online visibility through advice in online marketing and advertising.
Through our own hosting platform, under the name Minty Hosting, we provide our customers with safe and fast hosting. For domain names, shared hosting packages or your own server, Minty Hosting is the place to be.
A personal connection and good cooperation with our customers is most important to us. This is reflected in many regular customers who have been satisfied with our services for years. Good service and personal contact is our top priority!
Work
As an intern back-end developer you will be involved daily in building links, internal and external projects and create features in WordPress websites for our clients. Together with our team you will create a wow-effect upon delivery. Together with the back-end team, you lay the foundation of well-functioning applications. Knowledge of the programming languages PHP and Javascript is therefore a requirement. As a trainee back-end developer, you think proactively about the implementation of the projects.
- You will be involved in maintaining and managing existing projects;
- You will be involved in developing various plug-ins and online applications;
- You deal with building API links;
- You are concerned with solving problems;
- You push new developments to GitHub;
- You will be involved in the ongoing development of both websites and plug-ins.
Who is looking for Minty Media
We are looking for a back-end development intern who likes to think out of the box, is creative and loves programming, codes and websites.
- You are studying for an MBO or HBO degree in Back-end development;
- You have knowledge of PHP and Javascript;
- You are driven by technology;
- You know your way around and have a high sense of responsibility;
- You can work well with deadlines and enjoy doing so;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English;
- You have communication skills;
- You live in the Haarlem area and surrounding areas.
