About Technical Services
Technical Services, a sustainable total installer in the Netherlands, offers high-quality installation solutions for both residential and commercial clients. To strengthen their digital presence and serve customers even better, Minty Media designed and developed a completely new website. With a user-friendly web design, custom functionality and super fast load times, the website is ready to support both new and existing customers of Technical Services.
User-centered web design
Within this user-friendly design, we focused on overview and accessibility. UX/UI principles were strongly applied to the menu to provide practical navigation. A key challenge in the design was integrating the three main categories Private, Business and Work at. The 3 main categories each serve a unique audience. We chose a clear structure, allowing visitors to make a choice immediately upon entering the website that will quickly lead them to the information they want.
Custom website
Web design was followed by website development, for which we used WordPress. With bespoke functionalities, we custom-designed and developed the main categories, allowing visitors to find exactly the information relevant to them per category. For existing customers, the website offers convenient functionalities, such as reporting problems with a central heating boiler or heat pump and an overview of frequently asked questions. New customers can easily navigate to information about services, request quotes, contact and even take out subscriptions. There is also a separate page for potential employees with extensive information about job openings and the ability to contact Technical Services' recruiter directly.

On the Technical Services website you can easily find the best subscription and take it out immediately. Choose from three different subscriptions and quickly compare which one best suits your different needs. Each subscription is designed with specific benefits, so you can see at a glance which package is the perfect match.
